Students who wish to pursue legal studies in the United States must be U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders), have a valid study visa, or be protected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Students must be permanent residents of Canada or hold a valid study permit in order to pursue legal studies in Canada.
5. Elevate Women in Technology Scholarship
Calvin Rosser, a former technology executive, is the sponsor of this scholarship. In order to empower the upcoming generation of female leaders and steer the IT industry in the proper path, he established this scholarship.
Women with any level of education and any field of study are eligible to apply for this $500 grant, provided they plan to work in a sector that uses technology to improve the world.
6. VIP Women in Technology Scholarship (WITS)
The information technology management company Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) developed this scholarship. More than 150 women have received scholarships from VIP since the program’s inception in the middle of the 2000s.
Multiple $2,500 grants are available to female students enrolled in this scholarship program who are pursuing degrees in computer science, information management systems, or other IT-related subjects.
